By getting our bodies into motion, for a 30-min casual walk, each session, the bi-lateral movement brings our left and right brains into harmony and integrates information on a deeper level. It makes us aware of our emotions and helps with brain processing that leads to lower stress levels.

This will also offer you the opportunity to meet new people and to form positive relationships, and really connect with people again – especially with Covid and the isolation it brings. We are made for connection and building quality friendships will ultimately strengthen your growth needs.
